Does joining have any costs?
No, participation is free for Marketplace members.
How can I become a Marketplace member?
If a customer buys products from multiple stores, how is payment handled?
The amount is automatically split among the different merchants.
Do I need my own website to sell online?
No, with the Marketplace your store gets a complete digital showcase, with its own page, products, contact information, and an integrated online sales system.
Do I need to create an account to start selling?
Yes, each merchant creates their own EasyPay account.
What are the benefits of the project?
You gain a modern and accessible digital presence, free promotion of your business, participation in events, access to training and digital tools to improve your business, and integration into a local Marketplace.

Can I buy directly from the store?
Yes! Each store has its own page with available products, and you can purchase directly, with payment and delivery included.
Is it safe to make purchases on the Marketplace?
The platform uses secure payment methods and works only with verified local merchants.
Can I buy products from multiple stores?
Yes, it is possible to add products from different stores in a single purchase. While payment is made in one simple transaction, each merchant prepares and ships their products individually.
What do I gain from this project?
You can find local products in one place, purchase traditional and local items remotely, access useful and updated information about shops, services, events and points of interest. You also contribute to energising local commerce and, consequently, a closer and more sustainable economy, while discovering new initiatives and exclusive experiences.
